Team ATTAQ

Team ATTAQ is an international junior speed-skating team consisting of 11 talented skaters, aged 12 till 18, racing for The Netherlands, Sweden and United States of America.

As a team we work all year round and train daily to improve the skaters stamina, strength and technique. This is hard work, but we always aim to keep the balance between training, school and other activities, something that requires effort, planning and grit. We work hard, but also have a lot of fun!

Throughout the year we train in different ways to improve our endurance, power, speed, flexibility and technique. Training forms vary from inline-skating, running and biking in the summer to the more ice focused training in the winter, where everything has to come together in competition.

We aim to participate on a national and international level, with competitions such as the national championships, Sprintcup Berlin, European Youth Country Match, Viking Race, Junior World Cups and Junior World Championships.

Every skater has their own goals, ambitions and dreams, and together we try to support everyone to reach their full potential!
